Project Management
We have recently assisted in the delivery of a successful Business Transformation Programme, working with a major UK FTSE 100 financial institution. We led the Account Migration workstream with our remit to migrate over 1 million customers to an alternative accounting platform whilst minimsing the operational and reputational risk to the organisation and customers alike. This completed on time and to budget in Q4 09.
We are now assisting the same company on a wider Integration Programme, where again, our remit is the successful migration of key customer/account data from source to target platforms.
